You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Subject to these Terms, KreyòlMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., voice recordings, text inputs). However, by submitting content, you grant KreyòlMaster a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (e.g., training AI models to better understand accents).
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ('Billing Cycle'). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service; (b) share your account with others; (c) scrape or collect data from the Service using automated means; (d) harass or abuse other users or our staff.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. KreyòlMaster makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall KreyòlMaster, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
